idk what has happened to this location but the first couple times we ordered through their website food was ready at pickup time. Now its 30mins past scheduled pickup time and they still haven't made my order. And the cauliflower rice went from tasting great to them trying to kill me from sodium overdose. I dont understand why my order is never ready for pickup anymore
Forgot 1 of Our food bowls,and this Pink hair Manager(I say that because nobody would tell us her name).She had the nerve to get an attitude with my wife when they are the ones at fault.Lucky I wasn’t there,it would of went totally different I can guarantee that.
I order my bowl with no lettuce and of course it had a ton of lettuce on it. And I order extra cheese and there is no cheese on it. This location has messed up my online order multiple times. I will no longer be going to this location. They weren’t busy at all so they can’t use that as an excuse.
It sucks that I can’t ever get my order right at this location. It’s not hard.
