I would rate it much higher if the employees didn't shut off most of the seating area at 7:00 p.m. This is one of those restaurants that is run for the convenience of the employees, not the patrons.

Paid for guacamole and double chicken. No guacamole and regular chicken if that. Hardly any rice or beans. My burrito was a baby burrito. Really disappointed, this was a go to spot for me.

No customer service skills period. No management present. They told me I have to call in tomorrow to get my refund because no one at that present time can issue refund on my order of guacamole and chips. Only reason I asked for a refund was because they were out of chips. So I had nothing to dip in it with. Worst experience ever. There should be given a negative 5 stars. And this location should have been a better experience for me. Can't say anything more but never again.

Parking is a little inconvenient so we parked around back and walked to the entrance. At first glance, there were a few dirty tables and the floors needed a good scrubbing. The food and employees were good for the most part, it just did not inspire me or make me want to return for another meal.Parking: I already mentioned it was around back and a little inconvenient.

Service was not good. A lot of people waiting for their online orders longer than the walk ins. Didn’t have any veggies or chips. How do you not have any chips! Went there at 7:15
Hands down worst chipotle ever. I live in Waldo and willingly go to other chipotles. Horrendous customer service, always out of food, they somehow overcook their rice, it’s dirty, I could go on and on. Do everything you can to avoid this location, truly surprised it hasn’t been closed down due to health violations.

One employee was standing over the grill with a back pack on while verbally arguing/fighting with another that was leaning against a cooking surface. Intermittently heard mentions of being upset that another employee was fired. Putting this here for managements sake.
