Terrible restaurant. They have contaminated my food twice in a row with meat and dairy. A different location previously contained my order as well. Ive been ordering the veggie bowl for over 15 years. When I tell them about this, no attempts are made to empty out contaminated containers. Not sure if they find it funny or why they keep adding meat to my bowl.
Kolton is amazing greeted every customer as they walked in, served & provided great customer care
Staff was all just standing around while I was waiting to order. They were rude when they finally took my order. Oh yeah and that was after they were out of new pollo asada… at 520 in the middle of dinner rush. Had to wait 10 minutes. The place was dirty. Would not recommend but when you like here and you want chipotle I guess it’s your only option.
