This evening I went into coldstone and the store was very clean and put together. all the workers were bubbly and made my ice cream experience very enjoyable. Cassidy was the one who served me and she was very sweet. I will be coming back!

The lady barely seemed to understand what ice cream i wanted then proceeded to tell me i can only have only one flavor. I never been to an ice cream place that says you can only have one flavor in your cone or bowl. I’m pregnant and i wanted to throw my ice cream at her after she asked my husband are we paying together or separate

Staff was incredibly rude. Yes, we walked in 5 minutes before closing time but should have been the last customers. One of the staff members dramatically turned around and started making a scene as soon as we walked in the door, again, still during posted business hours. Then another staff member locked the door right after we walked in so no one else could, again, still during posted business hours. We were standing there waiting to be helped, fully ready to apologize for sneaking in so close to closing time, but we did make it in time. We were ignored for several minutes while a couple of the staff made rude comments about us to each other and another customer that was being served. Again, this was still occurring during the posted business hours. We chose to walk out, at no point were we ever acknowledged directly, incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Not to mention lazy when they can't even stay open until their posted closing time.
