It took 25 minutes to get an actual drink from the time we ordered it and that was placing it 2x on the kiosk and asking 3 servers. It wasn’t even busy at the time we went. The robot is interesting but they rely on it to order drinks even if it is backed up. I think the biggest issue is that the servers don’t have assigned areas so multiple people are responsible for the entire restaurant. Went here because of the hype thinking it would die down with the crowd, but nope still packed for a regular weekday. We definitely signed up on the wait-list on the app. Waited like 1.5-2 hours to get our table. We order pretty much a lot. If you order more than 15 plates you definitely get a prize. Sushi is mediocre for this type of establishment. Love the conveyor belt, you can picked your favorite sushi. I like to go for the raw sushi.
