After a day of fun at Zona Rosa I treated my grandkids to ice cream. This was on a Sunday about 6:00pm. It was busy and there were 5 of us. It took about twenty minutes because only 2 of the 3 employees were doing orders. After waiting another 30 minutes everyone had been served but me. We watched people who had ordered after us get their orders and leave. We then found out that they hadn’t filled my order at all. My daughter asked to see the manager. When she relayed our situation the manager she rolled her eyes at her and replied, “We’re making it now.” My daughter asked for the corporate number and the manager again rolled her eyes and started to walk away. My daughter said, “Excuse me. I want that number.” Only then did the manager get the number for her.
I was shocked that my daughter was treated this way. I will never go back.
Loved the service. Got milk and Oreo shakes & strawberry shake, both delicious 😋
We were served very little ice cream that we paid full price for. It was almost like the girl working wasn’t strong enough to scoop more and gave up. Very disappointing.
This is the 3rd time we’ve come and each time we’ve come we are served ice cream that is almost completely melted. This last time was probably the last time I’ll attempt this location again only because I figured the previous 2 times we came and were served glorified milkshakes- it was due to the humidity it heat of summer. Today when we came, my daughter I showed up on a 21° wintery day and ordered our ice creams. They took so long for the young girl to make (not sure why) but mine especially cane completely melted. She actually had to use the scoops to slide it off the cold stone into the bowl because it was. It solid enough to be scooped. It flowed over the sides of the “like it” size cup I got so she had to put it into a love it size cup. The blueberries and strawberries were swimming in the glorified MILK she handed me. I paid and just threw it in the trash. I didn’t want to ask for another because my daughter came out so pale and it seems to be because she just took way to long mixing what few ingredients there were — that she beat it into a milkshake far beyond what the cold stone could manage to keep solid, lol. I’ve just learned my lesson to not to come to this coldstone location and expect even remotely solid ice cream
It was a busy night and Vel let us try a few flavors and made me and my family feel comfortable, didn't make us feel rushed at all. Even took a suggestion ( raspberry sorbet) and I believe that's my new favorite. Even while it was busy, we were taken care of and served in a timely manner, will definitely be back!

Horrible ice cream idk what it is about that chocolate but it ain't right all the ice cream tastes watery and it dissolved on the stone so fast the employee had to rush my order and then goop it into a love it cup I then sat and had my cup of chocolate peanut butter ooze and my son enjoyed a lovely bowl of cake mush and sprinkles with the tiniest brownie I've ever seen when asked the employee said they had no power to do anything about it but offered to put mine and my sons in the freezer overall good people sucky place do go there Sheridan is down the street 😀

Ready for something sweet after 2 hours at Draft Cade. I had Apple Pie Alamode. My wife said the waffle cone was absolutely her favorite ever.

We were sent home with this cake yesterday. Hoping to get a refund. Paid $30 and preordered it days prior. It was not ready at the pick up time that they said it would be and I waited 25 minutes for this to come out… they sealed it in the bag before showing it to me, this is what I got when I opened it.
This place is fantastic the ice cream is amazing and they have great employees and service. Go get some!

I haven't been to this location in person. My wife and myself ordered through Door Dash and we didn't get what we ordered, and it also just didn't taste very good.

Closes at 10 not 11 had an online order that was placed about 7 or 8 pm to pick up at about 10:15 (since it showed closing at 11) got there at 10:10 and said that they closed at 10 and I can't pick up my order and to get a refund I got to call in the morning when the manager will be in. It sucked not to be able to get my order that was placed hours before that was already paid for and having to call to get a refund.

We went in because I had an email BOGO coupon (see screenshot). We had to wait a bit, which was fine, tried a sample then placed our order. We received it fairly quickly, then had to wait while they apparently resolved some issue with the customer in front of us. They thanked that customer for their patience. The server rang up our order and I said I was a member and provided my phone number. She entered it and said I created a new account. I said that wasn't correct; I already have an account and get emails. She told me to enter my phone number on the keypad, which I did. It said something about 0 points but did not bring up the reward apparently. She said I had to enroll and that I would get a coupon for the NEXT purchase after I enrolled. I showed her the email; she took my phone and scrolled through the email and said the same thing, which was inaccurate. I said I didn't want the ice cream, placed it on the counter and had my son do the same. We walked out and will not be going back. The ice cream we did have (sample and while waiting to be rung up) was delicious, but there are other, better options.

Walked in to get the kids some ice cream. 3 workers behind the counter. One other couple inside eating cream. Waited at front counter for about 5 minutes and was never greeted or told we will be right with you. Long story short Sheridans has great ice cream and great service.

We were walking around Zona Rosa on a very hot day and stopped here to cool down with ice cream. I don't recall exactly what we got, but it was coffee-flavored. The cone was disappointing since it was brittle and broke apart. It was neat to watch people play Pickleball through the windows. The Pickleball courts are near the entrance and are owned by the 54th Street Restaurant.
