“Advertised as homemade ice cream I love this place, I’ve been going here for years on occasion and I can’t seem to taste anything other than my first choice I ever tasted on my first visit. I would describe as pricey for what it is but I also would say it’s definitely worth it. The options of combinations of toppings and flavors of creams is limitless. If you can try it I would say you should. Great place with great options to indulge on occasion. They also will accommodate special requests and let you try the creams before you commit to a certain flavor. Just ask to “To Taste” a flavor“
“I was very pleased with my first visit today. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a bubbly attitude. The vibe is cute and gives "little cottage". I had the Midwest and it was so yummy and filling. I also tried the Lemon Muffin and it was also tasty. I will be back!“

“This hidden spot had a great selection of cakes and other baked goods. I stopped in for a birthday cake at the last minute and was very happy with the flavor options and decorations. The baker added a personal message to the cake at no extra charge, excellent customer service. The prices were very reasonable (about the same or cheaper than a grocery bakery) and freshly baked. The made the birthday feel a little elevated.“
“Stopped in because the bright pink interior of the store caught my daughter's eye. Of course we bought cupcakes, we bought the strawberry chocolate. I can honestly say, best cupcake I've ever had. We were visiting from STL, but we will definitely be back!“
“Discovered the new Brookside store had just opened, and decided to go in on a Saturday and indulge. Purchased a box of Mini Bundt's/12 count and found that the customer service was absolutely outstanding and very appreciative. Was also advised that my wife and I could freeze the box of 12 Mini Bundt's, so that we could pull out only what we want, (on a given night) to enjoy and saver!“

“I ordered some cupcakes from here for my daughters 2nd birthday. On the day of her party she was so sick we had to reschedule. Thankfully Smallcakes64th were more than willing to work with us. And on the day of her party we were still able to have these amazing sweet treats. They even included a special cupcake in honor of our daughters father Roman Yslas, who was tragically killed in December. He would have been so grateful to see his baby girl was being supported by the community he loved. Thank you everyone that works there . These were hands down the best any of us have ever had.“
“Fantastic execution! The cake was the first thing everyone commented on when they got to the party. Everyone loved it. It wasn't purely decoration either, it was moist and delicious.Good communication, payment options, and packaging were all major pluses too. I will be highly recommending cake a boo to my friends.“
“I walked into Cold Stone this day in hopes of a delectable and indulgent cold treat however I was given that and a twilight zone like out of body experience. It was as if M Night Shyamalan had written and produced a movie where a couple walk into a shop and are the only ones there with 3 people behind the counter yet felt like they were invisible. We had stood at the order giving place a mere 3 feet from a worker who had obviously been instructed to not acknowledge our existence in some sort of practical joke. They were scooping around the ice cream and putting the scoop down aimlessly for maybe 2 minutes as we thought she must’ve been making a Uber eats order but nope just scoop, drop scoop, repeat. I at first was curious to see how long this would last but then I had to ask “so uhhh watch a doing?” Girlfriend holding back giggles at this point as shockingly I was ignored. I keep going “so are yah playing with it? I would too if I worked here I guess” then we were told “nope just getting out some of the bad stuff” we were relieved that we were in fact not invisible then our minds went back to the ice cream. So after the awkward silence after that back and forth we then go for it “so uhhh can we order now” then the normal process of ordering food at a food place began then silence fell over the shop. Two of the workers began conversation “which seemed like normal human behavior” so we were more relieved then payed for our treats and left.An older woman was going for the door as we were leaving so I held the door for her then she looked at it decided not to go in and also didn’t acknowledge us.Well done Cold Stine hiring a director, writer, and actors for this hilarious prank.P.S. Ice cream was fire.“
