Minus the outdated orange juice, dirty silverware and the lipstick on our coco mug, it was ok. Because of those things, we were met by the manager and treated us to a percentage off our purchase.

Well they finally shut down the Blue Springs diner, Independence Dennys is much better. It all depends on the cook! So invest in your cook's and you'll be a 5 star ? restaurant .

Anytime I come to this location there is ALWAYS toppings missing on my signature pancakes. This morning I ordered two Salted Banana Cream Pancakes and received it with literally with icing alone. And no one is answering the phones.

Met with a client at this Denny's on Broadway. Social distancing aside, TJ the am Manager (it appears), was running around dealing with the staff in the back, the customers at the tables, and playing host as well. All while maintaining the kind of prose and professionalism one should expect from the person in charge. I simply had coffee, but I definitely noticed the hard work he was doing to ensure everyone's satisfaction.I am not one to sit in a restaurant during COVID, this was circumstantial. But when life returns to "normal"; this is a Denny's that deserves patronage from all sides.Back of House staff was responsive to a customer complaint as well.This is a good staff. Like Julius in REMEMBER THE TITANS said, "attitude reflects leadership" and they have a great captain in TJ.

My food was so fresh. Pancakes ?. Hope Denny's is using fresh eggs not powdered eggs.
