Domino’s is normally the place to order from if you want a fast delivery , but not this place. Ordered from here twice and each time took almost 2 hours to deliver and the pizza was terrible.

Ordered a pizza without cheese and it came with cheese, when I tried calling the store the promo's on the phone were blasting nonstop and loud, and nobody ever picked up.Edit: they sent me another one that was correct and we're very nice about it. Thank you.

Waited for an HOUR just to find out someone else had picked it up. That wasn’t even us. They need to double check the names/orders. Never ordering here again.

This place is a joke. I placed an order at 6:50 with an ETA of 40-50 minutes. At 7:21 it said my order was delivered and surprise, there was no pizza at my door. I called back at 7:30 and was told “it’s still be delievered.” At 8:08 it still wasn’t at my door, so I called again. The gentleman who answer the phone politely told me it was delivered to the wrong address. He put me on hold so that I could talk to a manager. About 10 minutes later, the manager came on the phone and used the excuse. “It doesn’t show us your apartment number, just the apartment address” even though we’ve had pizza delivered here before, with no issues. After searching at the clubhouse and surrounding apartment buildings, the pizza was still nowhere to be found. While I was in the middle of politely, asking for a refund, I was abruptly put on hold for five minutes with no answer to “hello?” The manager on duty had a nasty and could care less, Needless to say, they still have my money, and I don’t have pizza.

I purchased cheesy marinara got Alfredo and marinara yes I tasted it the one star is for the delivery drivers only seems like the only ones who deserve it this is absolutely disgusting and not the first time in the last 5 years that this specific store has made such disturbing mistakes with food including wrong orders lateness of over 45 mins cold food missing food etc. now that I’ve moved to Ferrelview it’s not my first choice to buy from this store SPECIFICALLY but had no choice but to do so because we get hungry and don’t feel like cooking but seriously I will never make the same mistake again there’s not enough free pizzas in the world to fix the problem at that store. 5 year + customer no longer.bianca Hughes

I went to pick up my oven backed philly steak sandwich, I was surprised to see they have no kitchen utensil to take the sandwich out of the oven and worst the guy touch the sandwich with his hands with no gloves on. Ghetto black girl working there told me they don't have gloves and don't use them. WHAT?? you are working on foods, cooking people foods and you don't have or use gloves on people food with all that pandemic and other diseases. Please whoever is the Manager or District Manager need to take a close look into this. It's unacceptable to work on foods and not using gloves and you guys been touching people foods with no gloves. Next time I stop by again you guys don't have any gloves on. I will report you to Kansas city food safety complaint to send a food inspector to your store. You guys can make people sick for not wearing gloves on foods you make.

The manager Dylan takes it it upon himself to save high tipping orders for himself instead of letting his 4 delivery drivers take care of them. He then leaves the store to make extra money and leaving only one young man to make all the food for a busy Friday night. He has them clicking foods ready then you show up and it’s not done for an additional 20 minutes. Someone needs to fix the way that place is ran. For the customers and employees. Dylan’s gotta go.

I ORDERED & PAID FOR EXTRA BEEF & EXTRA ITALIAN SAUSAGE... WHAY SAY U?... I'M ACTUALLY NOT A BIG FAN OF DOMINOS BUT A DEAL IS HARD TO PASS EVERY NOW & AGAIN. I DO LOVE THEIR CHICKEN CARBINARA WHEN IT'S FIXED RIGHT... LASTLY, I WONDER WHY THEY DON'T PUT THE TOPPINGS ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE(PART OF MY MAIN ISSUE WITH PAYING & NOT RECEIVING EXTRA).... IF I WANT BREAD STIX I'LL ORDER THEM....

Placed an order online for pick up around 9pm on Friday and 45mins later. I decided to stop by the store (though the app was messing up) just to find 3 employees hanging around. (Cool. Milk the clock but atleast get my pizza going ?)Was told that they closed at 9pm (shows they close @1am). The least they could've done was call to say they're closed now or just cancel the transaction.

we ordered around 9:30 because they do not close until midnight. had our order saying it was in the process of being cooked just for them to cancel on us and hang up on us when trying to call to ask why.

I ordered pizza and wings online. Waited 4 I5 minutes wondering why the tracking app shows being prepared but no further updates. I get the text 45 min later saying my order was canceled. No explanation or apology or anything. Horrible customer service ?
