When I went it, I’d ordered it to the wrong place. John taking my order was very patient, and when I asked to make sure the light cheese was spread evenly, he said he’d make sure. Kellen was there to make my pizza, which was outstanding, and then John made sure at the counter that I liked my pizza. Best dominos experience and pizza I’ve ever had. John and Kellen both need a raise or I’ll take matters into my own hands.
I've had better made by a Harrisonville Wildcat. PPB overcooked toasted
Workers great but it's hot

Domino's Pizza has received a mix of reviews from customers. One customer had a disappointing experience with delivery, stating that their order arrived over an hour late. They mentioned that the location seemed to be managed by disrespectful teenagers. Another customer had a cheese-less pizza order that mistakenly came with cheese, but they later received a corrected pizza, and the staff were nice about it. In a more positive note, a visitor to Kansas City praised the location for being kind, courteous, and professional. They noted that their pizza was hot and prepared just right, and appreciated the effort of Jazmine for confirming their order.
However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer ordered late on July 4th and faced delays, as the app showed their order in prep for nearly an hour. Despite the long wait, the food arrived fresh and hot, and they appreciated the effort of the staff working late. Another customer reported dissatisfaction with three out of four orders, mentioning a doughy pizza and incorrect salad. After contacting the store about a refund, they faced delays but eventually got in touch with a manager who issued it. Overall, while there are some challenges, there are also instances of great service at this Domino's location.
