I ordered on July 4th late in the evening for supper for our work. This was my first time ordering from this store. It said I would have our order in around 45-sh minutes. The app still showed it in prep after close to an hour but also said it would be delivered in 1-5 minutes and then refreshed and my info was gone. I've had 3 out of 4 orders that weren't very good. The last order the pizza was doughy and the salad was wrong. Called to explain why I wasn't satisfied and was to call back tomorrow to talk to manager. So I did and the employee said he would do a refund. Because they were to busy to redo it. Waited a few days no refund. Called back two more times and was finally able to talk with a manager and was told that employee never issued a refund. So she finally did agree...
