Domino's Pizza

First time ordering pizza took 1.5 hrs to arrive. Location is 6 mins from my house. Estimated delivery time was around 30mins. Second AND last time pizza just never arrived. Called store multiple times and there was a new excuse each time. Car broke down, stuck at a train, limited drivers. Each time we were told driver was otw. After 2 hours we called and asked for refund. Per the tracker the pizza had left store 1 hour and 30 mins prior and showed it had already been successfully delivered. Over a week later and still have not received refund despite reaching out to corporate.

Great customer service hands down

I placed an order 71 dollars order and still haven't received anything which is so frustrating because this is my 5th call and no answer like bro im pissed off

Online system automatically removed toppings from pizza when I ordered it. When I called the store to try and correct this after I received the pizza they were very combative and demanded it was my fault the pizza was wrong. I had selected one of their premade specialty pizzas.

I actually like this Dominos every ones in a while it might be over cooked but 90% of the time they do a good job 👍🏽 I recommend this particular location

Food was great, it was clean...when anyone looked up from whatever they were doing,I got a smile...also the manger was very nice...good experience for me !!!

Between this place and subway a few doors down I'm not sure who pisses me off the most . Domino's has the rudest people ever that work there. When i was in there one of their cooks was making the order before mines without using gloves. even if the health department regulations states that to THIER guidelines you don't have to wear them I STILL ASKED YOU TO PUT ON GLOVES WHEN YOU ARE PREPARING MY FOOD. she had just left out of the bathroom I'm not sure if you washed your hands or not. What if you have open cuts on your hands and you just touching peoples food? its just unsanitary and the lady had the nerve to get upset with me because of my preference. Based off the reviews i see I'm not the only one who feels this way.

And THEN YOU WILL BE CALLED UNEDUCATED EVEN THO YOU HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE IN HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION BY THE SO CALLED MANAGER 😂😂😂😂 I WAS TOLD I CAN NEVER COME BACK.!!! Problem placing order via phone, quoted two different prices. Upon arrival home, order was wrong. Reported to manager next day and he couldn’t resolve issue since he had no record of what I ordered.
