The New York Steamer at Firehouse Subs is a solid 5 out of 5! The corned beef, pastrami, and provolone are always spot-on. I like to go to the Ward Parkway location—it’s convenient, and the service is always great.

THE WORST meatball sandwich EVER!! Sent my partner straight to the ER, me on the other hand just puked all day. I knew something was off with the sauce and the meat

Came in 11/16 around 8:45pm. Short mixed guy with curly hair was extremely rude. He was mad I came to the front of the counter and stated i should have waited for him on the other side since i have a pick up order. There was no one else in the store. He uttered “you are was slow” along with many other rude comments as I was leaving the store.

Delicious food & great service!! The loaded potato soup was not my fav but it was okay. It needs onions & shredded cheese. Jamaican jerk turkey is my favorite!!! I ate it all up before I remembered to take a pic.

I was standing patiently for them to take my order the guy behind the counter started whilsting at me and snapped his fingers in my face. Belligerently said, "it's gonna take a while" suggesting he wasn't going to take my order and that I should leave. Horrible service horrible and embarrassing experience.

The lady who took our order was great, but one of the sandwich makers, Alan, was loudly talking over her. He was rude to all of the customers and associates, and accused some customers of stealing soda.
