Rude, unprofessional employees. Just avoid. You don’t need the employees disrespecting the customers. There’s lots of other restaurants.

I went in tonight and it was mass chaos. The cook was yelling and pissy telling dashers their orders had been picked up already when they hadn’t (I saw the orders picked up by other dashers after they left) one came back and said dasher support called them to fix the issue of the “missing” orders and they hung up on her. A UPS delivery guy came in with a package and he started in on him too saying he didn’t have time for UPS and to find somewhere else to put it. The cook specifically doesn’t seem to handle the fast pace environment very well. I don’t know if this is a reflection of how five guys treats their employees and they feel like it’s not worth the effort of trying to stay decent during peak hours, or if it’s just this specific employee.

at about 7:25pm Dec 19th I went to five guys to pickup an order (DoorDash) for a customer. When I arrived the staff there were very dismissive even after several of them saw me. I finally spoke up after waiting a few minutes and got the attention of one of the cooks there. I did not get his name unfortunately but my description of him would be an early mid 20s African American male very very short. I can confirm he was a cook there and not the cashier. Any name tapes he might have had on were obscured by his apron. He was extremely aggressive with me when I went to pick up the order, and started throwing items around and slamming cookware. He informed me that that order had already been picked up 30 minutes ago. (Which wasn’t possible because I had only gotten the order a few minutes ago) at the time. When I asked him if there might have been a mistake he started screaming and causing a scene and then proceeded to ignore me fully. A few non-door dash customers came in and he was even being aggressive with them. I do not ever wish to pickup from this location again, and I will be dropping all orders from now on that take me to this Five Guys. To hell with this place. How someone like that can even remain employed is a miracle from God.

Probably the slowest five guys in the state, maybe 6 people waiting on food for 15-20 minutes and it is not busy. The lady who appears the be the manager is on her phone and avoiding the counter like the plague hanging out near the bathrooms texting and on her phone, rest of staff seems unmotivated and slow moving no sense of urgency whatsoever. Feel bad for the people walking in not aware of the wait ahead and waiting to even be checked out.

Have been coming here for years. Hit or miss with quality and customer service. Tonight we ordered pickup. My wife had to wait 15 min after our pickup time, which was not a big deal because this place always seems understaffed. She left without getting the milkshake and didn't realize it until she got home. I called and asked for a refund and was told they were yelling out that the milkshake was ready but no one claimed it, which was a flat out lie. She would not give me a refund unless we came back to the restaurant. I think we're done with this place. We're pretty relaxed with customer service these days but this place is not worth it anymore.

Tastes comparable to In N Out. Excellent burger. Fries were delicious but EXTREMELY GREASY. GREASIEST FRIES EVER. It’s expensive as well. $30 for 2 burgers and 1 shared fry. No drinks.
