“Hummus + Pita is one of my favorite spots in downtown OP! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the team always goes above and beyond to remember my order and take care of my dietary restrictions. That kind of thoughtfulness makes such a difference and keeps me coming back. Wonderful food, wonderful people- highly recommend!“

“Tasty & delicious! Best chicken karhai I have had at a restaurant in the U.S. It's a bit spicy and so good! I also highly recommend the keema naan with some chutney. My mom doesn't do spicy, so she got the philly chicken roll—which she thoroughly enjoyed. My son gave his monster burger and fries 5 stars.
The seating is covered outdoors with one fan. It works for families but is super casual.
Tip: Call in your order on your way there with a 30-minute lead time. This place gets busy after 8 p.m., so make sure to call in the food order, or you might be waiting a long time.“

“The cook is super nice. I ordered a big portion and said I’ll be eating at the store, so I told her I don’t need a bag. She gave me one anyway just in case. Well, I proved her wrong haha. I think the convenience store and hamburger shop is family owned. Good food. Would go again.“

“Did not like the fact that my jumbo shrimp was missing half of each. My fish and mozzarella sticks were also half portioned. My mushrooms were overly mushy. Altho I didn't ask, there was lemon pepper seasoning on EVERYTHING (which made it hard to get the original flavors of the food). The king combo burger was the only highlight of my purchase. There also was no bathrooms“

“The hostess and owner were very nice and welcoming. Everything we had was good. We had beef/lamb shawarma with rice, lamb gyro with rice, beef shawarma wrap with fries, mix shawarma with rice (that included beef kofta, shish tawook chicken, & beef shawarna), naan, hummus, & baba ghanouj. The portions were big and as I said earlier, so delicious and the meat so tender! We are from out of town, but we will definitely be back when we visit KC again.“

“First time eating Dave's Hot Chicken. It was really delicious. Ordered the 2sliders with fries. Very tasty and food was prepared perfect. Service was very helpful and restaurant clean. I'd recommend Dave's to have delicious chicken sandwich.“
