Came here to the drive through they can’t even here my order because the music is too loud 😡 the manager jasmine was really nice I even heard when she asked the people to turn off the music never did, came to the window she needs to ask me again for the order because she didn’t get it because the cook was having the music so loud. Than the cook came here and tell her. To go to the other side because he got it he started take my money he was so rude never get a hi or thanks I asked are you ok he looks really mad he said none of your business and close the window on my face so rude nacer came back here again I always come here to get big order for my big family never coming back. He needs to get fired his name is Andre back short guy so rude they are losing sales because of him

I would give a negative 5 if it were an option. I ordered online and went to pick up the order but nobody answered the drive thru and the sign on the door said drive thru only. It’s 6pm and I don’t see anyone inside at all. We have been here for almost 10 minutes!!! We paid and drove here to get nothing at all!!!!

So I came here twice just in case the first time was a fluke. And both times it was just not good. The first time the tater tots were inedible, they tasted like they went thru the fryer a few times. My monster biscuit the meat was ok, but the biscuit was dryer then the Sahara Desert and fell apart. The wife's Frisco was horrible. The meat tastes like it was overheated in the microwave. This time the tots were cold and had no salt. My Frisco the meat had a super smoke flavor and the bread was hard. Shame, I love Hardee's and won't be getting this place again for awhile.

Edited: one star to three star will update further upon revisit… The manager reached out to me and I feel confident it won’t be a repeat when i try Hardee’s at this location again which is awesome we like the food here but the bad experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We will be trying Hardee’s here again and we hope it is a nicer experience! Thanks to management for hearing the complaint and taking action you earned a second chance in my book. Thanks for the actual response and caring about what your customers think we eat there quite often and were glad you cared and had taken steps to fix the issues it shows that you cared about your establishment and your customers of that establishment!
Original: Went through the drive through at 425pm today on the first… the guy on the mic was highly upset and rude as can be right off the start he was being lazy and didn’t want to make a chicken sandwich when they closed in 35 mins so he walked from the mic and a new guy come on and took our order we got home 12 mins later and the frisco burger had so much mayo slopped on it its hardly edible unless i remove the bulk of what appears to be a half jar of mayo and so what ever but the chicken sandwich is disgusting looking and the chicken is very obviously old as its warm not hot like the Frisco and its hard and rubbery… ya we go here all the time… wont anymore the kid working that answered the drive through initially with “whud dya want” dtarted it off and im sure gave me a crusty old sandwhich after to make it my issue that his lazy ass didnt want to do his job kid needs fired…

Chicken BLT , no lettuce, 2 very small pieces of bacon & the tiniest, thinnest piece of chicken ever!! Coleslaw warm & disgusting.
Bathrooms & dining room absolutely disgustingly dirty!! Floors so sticky that your shoes stick to it!! This restaurant needs a deep scrubbing!!
Staff is friendly, and the parking lot is not that desirable. Pot holes ect.

I came here on my day off hoping I would get fresh hot food but no everything is cooked and sitting in warmer and it look and tasted like 6 hour old food and this happens every time the manager works but when the other crew works it’s amazing. She is so lazy she puts in mind if it falls on the floor so what she will pick it up and reuse
