This IHOP seems to have the best service and food.

Showed up at 4am to a very welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly staff and they made sure I was comfortable. They were out of mushrooms for a spinach and mushroom omelet but made up for it by offering more spinach or tomato.Expect to pay 20$ per serving but you’ll leave full. Paid 18$ for a large omelet and 3 pancakes.

Will not be coming back.Came in Sunday night, barely anyone was in there. Manager at the time was our waitress. My wife orders a turkey avocado club. Comes out 45 minutes later only to be told there’s no avocado. Bill wasn’t adjusted either. Was the only reason that sandwich was ordered and we can’t be told till the plate is slid right in front of us. Had our cups refilled for the first time as we were leaving.Quality of the food has gone down, prices way up. Time to start supporting more local businesses. Chain models are failing everyone but the CEO’s

Server was great. But we sat down with an empty restaurant and ppl started trickling in. We sat for over an hour without getting our food while everyone else was getting their food. When i went up to see what the problem was the other server was so condescending. She seemed to care less. We were rdy to walk out. But the food started coming out. HORRIBLE! My biscuit was hard as a rock. Very little gravy. Sampler plate was over cooked. Burgers were barely cooked. And get this...was offered a discount but was only 2 dollars and some change. With a hundred dollar tab...$2. Shoulda walked out and not paid anything. I loved this place. Not anymore. And...it was my granddaugters bday and this is the place she wanted to eat. But how horrible this experience was she cried. Thanks ihop. 2/16/24

Yesterday I stopped by this IHOP. The service was good even just low on staff but the person that was serving me was really social that really noticed my shirt was wearing had their brunch burger and it was all right and the fried egg yolk was not fully cooked and the atmosphere wasn't really actually the best but it really is just an IHOP that I decided to stop by since I notice it.Vegetarian options: I noticed it has probably an impossible Burger that's probably like a beyond Burger that's plant-based.

Josh was almost arrogant and borderline rude.I was glad when he gave another server our table. Rashad was very personable and very good at his job. The food was good but we paid 50.00 for two people for breakfast.

My family and a family friend decided to go out for dinner on Tuesday where kids eat free. We made sure to ask Michelle who was the manager and another server if they still promote kids eat free which we were told yes. We order our food at 5:30 food didn't come to the table until 7:20ish. We were the only two families there. One family consistent of a mom and a 6 month old. Another family of two kids 4&5 and two adults. No reason the food should've took that long. Especially since all breakfast stuff was ordered no steak etc. We also received undercooked bacon and waffles and burnt hash browns. Then after making due with what was giving to us we experienced extra up charges that couldn't be explained. Oh and they decided to change their mind and said kids couldn't eat free even after they told me they could. Even after multiple locations we called in front of them said they still promote kids eat free. Michelle said her location has the option to change their minds at anytime. Went for a family bonding night that was ruined. Wouldn't recommend this location ever. Wouldn't recommend the servers or the manager to anyone. I would give zero starts if I could.

Slow service, waited over and hour with three kids. Forgot the gravy on my biscuit. Food was still good tasty though, just not worth the Wait.
