Food came out cold, - the butter wouldn’t melt on the French toast or the pancakes, unfortunately and eggs on both orders of easy over were hard. Hashbrowns were fried a little too long (hard and stringy). We eat at IHop whenever we have the opportunity; this one was disappointing.
