Why do I have to pay for delivery when I order, just to have pay for delivery when you use an Uber to deliver my food and I then have to pay them too.....ridiculous.

Ordered the kicking ranch chicken, it seriously had like 2 pieces of meat, for an $11 wrap thets wild!! And they took forever to get our order and the kid basically tossed my change at me, of course losing my pennies in the ground. I was just gonna ignore how long it took and my change being tossed at me, but the basically no chicken is ridiculous!!!

I don't know what the deal is with this particular location but every time I've come here (maybe eight times now, it's the closest one to my house), I wind up sitting in the drive through line for about 20 minutes. For a company whose whole brand is based on being "freaky fast", it is agonizingly slow.

This is the second time I've ordered from this particular Jimmy John's in which they messed up my order. This time however not the sandwich the cookie or the drink was what I ordered and yet it was my receipt on the bag. Will not be eating Jimmy John's until I move because this location has to be kidding me.
Good sandwiches consistently prepared, salads too, and they're not bad.

I go here all the time but today was disappointing. Sandwiches were labeled wrong. My #4 was supposed to have extra meat that I paid $1.89 for and didn't seem to be there. Couldn't go back as I was on my way to work. Would love a coupon for a replacement. Thx.
