Ordered from here three times sinces it's across the street. All three times my order has been wrong. Two times I got an entirely different and cheaper sandwich without the customizations I paid for either. Definitely didn't grab the wrong order either, double and triple checked that each time. Final times it was the right order but without the special dressing and in its place a ranch packet like they were out of the correct stuff and instead of offering some concession just decided to give me a completely different one.Now I have to drive significantly further and out of my way to go to a different location because I'm never going back to this one.

Two days in a row of using the handicapped spot (and double parking). Please take this as an opportunity to train your delivery drivers. It would have added 5 seconds to the trip to park in an appropriate spot. Do better!

I walk in tell the man who goes on to call himself the manager hey sir I'm pretty sure I ordered here. He stares at me so I'm like okay he needs more information.I say I got no notification.He continues to stare at me....I'm now uncomfortable I saw okay ugh can you you help me. I recapped what I told him agian. He says so what do you need those are questions... Now I just want to find my food and get away from this strange guy... SO I APPEAL to the other employee who was kinda watching the tail end of the situation. He finally asks me was it pick up I say yeah he points at a rack behind me in the corner with my glorious food.After I looked at my food I asked for said manager that's why it's 1 star he was the manager no didn't get his name. But if owner cares time was about 4:40ish whoever the first employees is I spoke to on camera that's that man.Hopefully he learns from the situation

Great food, but they dont have enough people to run the place. This location use to be fast but it's delivery service has gone down. It takes 1-2 hours to get your food. They say they are short staffed all the time.

Ordered for delivery, waited 45 min and finally called store to cancel, no apologies, said they'd cancel it later when not so busy. Probably won't get my refund, and now I've missed my lunch break with no meal. Plus this was a rewards purchase, so I probably won't get my rewards points back.

That’s a very delicious sandwich shop! I’ll be going back but the young man needs to not act like I’m a bother when I spoke to him, young people go figure some don’t like us vintage people very much but one day he’ll be my age and as they say it’ll bite him in the tush!! All n all it was clean and delicious!!! And I won’t give up on finding his friendly side???

1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars. Placed my lunch order at 1:30 and didn't get delivered until 3:20. Ridiculous. This is not the first time I have had this issue either. I guess I am done ordering from Jimmy Johns. Freaky SLOW.
It took more than 2 hours to receive my order and the manager hung up the phone and voided my order when I tried to politely find out why it was taking so long. I've had multiple bad experiences with this Jimmy John's location and will make sure not to give them another chance.

Ordered beach club asked for it to be cut in half it was not there was literally only one piece of turkey stretched across entire sandwich there was a very minor amount of avocado spread on one end was mostly a lettuce sandwich bread was hard on the bottom this place has went down hill fast I use to eat here 2 to 3 times a week but not anymore

Nevermind the naysayers,this JJs is the greatest. They also stay extremely busy most of the time they are open,but manage always to get my sandwich made quickly,or delivered super quickly,every time i order. The manager and all the employees are just a delight to encounter! Take it from a fat man,this JJ's is da bomb!!
