The manager there is super nice. Went above and beyond to help me out!
I called to place my order and I received the best customer service! She said they are under new management and I can tell! She helped me figure out how to use my points on the app and went above on beyond with my order. It was delivered so fast and my sandwich was put together so perfectly and was very fresh. Highly recommend!!
This location is nothing short of fantastic. I ordered a sandwich during a major world cup event and they weren't able to deliver it because of the road closures. Tim helped me so fast by explaining what happened and refunding my order within moments. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and just all-around great. JJ's is my go to and Tim deserves a shout out!
