My experience here was less than stellar, the young man had not started making my sandwich, which was an online order. But then I see he handled money from the customer before me wearing a pair of gloves, and WITHOUT changing the gloves immediately started making my sandwich. I asked him about it and he didn’t see a problem with it. He clearly had no understanding of food, safety, or how dirty money is. Needless to say, I am not eating there ever again! The health department needs to inspect this place

Jimmy John’s is my husband’s favorite sandwich place. Since we got sent to the hospital in KC not being from the area it was great that I could get the food delivered. My husband hates hospital food so this was a God send. Thanks for the amazing food and being so quick.

2 Bad Experiences: Save yourself the trouble.1st: This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any JJ’s and no one should be treated like that, by the male cashier and girl working behind the counter making sandwiches, supposedly servicing customers. To explain, my fiancé and I orders sandwich’s from this location, through the app. She didn’t know they didn’t cook the bacon and wrote on our order, “cook the bacon PLZ :)”She did this because she’s a picky eater. Yes, I know, it’s partially her fault for writing that but she doesn’t know, she works in tech and it’s one of the few places we both like, so I order from JJ’s A LOT. The male working the register and the lady working the bench were making fun of her when I walked in and proceeded to do so in front of me and another customer and their child for a minute or two before acknowledging I arrived. Once they realized that I had the order they were just making fun of, they acted ignorant and childish. Unacceptable behavior and no one should be treated like that at any point. Do better JJ’s, this location in particular. Hire people that care, because those two, are slowly running your business into the ground.2nd: An hour for delivery? Freaky Slow. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, ya can’t get fooled again. Never eating at this location again.

It's true what they say; they are "freaky fast." Yesterday, I stopped into Jimmy Johns to get the Caesar to wrap unwich. It was amazing. I was thoroughly impressed by their uncanny ability to make a wrap into a lettuce wrap. I cannot BLT-lieve how fast they wrapped the sandwich. The team was SO lovely and super fun! I left smiling ear to ear. Also, if you need another reason to go to Jimmy John's -- the pickles. I wish I could buy them in bulk. Some of the best pickles on the market & I know this because I'm a self-proclaimed pickle expert. The phone did not eat first.

Dirty. Rude. Unprofessional. Attitude.Disgusting inside. Employees didn’t change gloves after using the register and after having hands on phone and under shirt. Order was incorrect and they gave me serious attitude. 1 star.
