I love falafel, and I've only had bad falafel once, so I expected your good standard falafel. This dish in its totality is probably in the top two falafel experiences I've had. Absolutely fantastic. I also tried their baklava which was great as well and different than baklava I've had before. Definitely check them out if you get the chance!

Incredible food!! I had the good fortune to be able to experience their food at Transport Brewery in Shawnee. Service was fantastic and helpful in choosing an item. My friend got something different and I think I ate both… and dessert lol. D
If I could give 100 stars, I would. ?
Their food was so good I felt like I flew up and came back down, 100/100 definitely recommend you should try it on their Facebook account KcKoshary

Enjoyed my first taste of Egyptian street food, which I'm adding to my "comfort food" list. We tried the signature Koshary (pasta, rice, lentils, tomato-based sauce, fried onions) and an order of Hawawshy (beef, onions, spices in warm pita) from this food truck. Our dining companions also had the falafel, which took a while but is made fresh, and they gave it good reviews too.The couple that runs this food truck is genuinely delightful! They make you feel like you've been invited into their home kitchen for a meal. The customer in line ahead of us had been in Egypt and was so excited to see Cairo street food in JoCo and vouched for its authenticity. We stumbled across this food truck on a Saturday afternoon at Pathlight Brewing, and I'll be keeping an eye on their Facebook page to see where KC Koshary will pop up next!
Vegetarian options: The menu is simple with a mix of vegetarian and meat-based items. Not sure what kind of oil might be used, but seems like it has potential for some vegan options as well.
