I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the Northland with very little luck. Who knew that I'd find this amazing place off the beaten path in Kansas! We were out by Legends and decided to look for a place to eat. Its high star rating immediately drew me to it. The restaurant is clean and the food is outstanding. Some of the best I've had in KC. If the sheriffs are gathered there to eat, you know it's got some good food! Definitely will be out there...
Our first time coming here was on August 7th for my fiances birthday and we were definitely impressed. The food was excellent, tasted like real food (non chemical tasting) and was made to order and came right off the grill hot. You get your money's worth that's for sure! The nachos appetizer fed 5 people 3 kids 2 adults it was loaded. We all had individual plates and it was alot of food that we got to take home. Our server was very nice and friendly. Now THIS is excellent, authentic, delicious, well-made Mexican food. Family owned, service is impeccable, everything we ate was highest quality (and we are picky about Mexican restaurants). After a lunch we were super excited about already, it only cost us $19 for two people. Would give more stars if I could. We will be back!!
