This was the most rude and disrespectful McDonald’s that I have been to in many years. This place is even worse than the McDonald’s on 103rd near Stateline. The manager made a coffee for us after 2 additional attempts and after requesting the money back she wrote on the receipt do not return. This was unprofessional and rude.

Bad service to go too i order a cappuccino it was half and it was not cappuccino it was black coffee I am very disappointed of this mcdonald's location is the worse location to go too customer service is the worse place , you talk to them or complain about your order and is like you are asking for free stuff you are paying for a service you deserve to get what you pay for bad nd rude customers service they should teach them for a better customer service

I work for a delivery service that gets free coffee at every McDonald's and fast food restaurant as well as a lot of other places 24/7 and this place wanted to charge me when their coffee costs and I'm actually making them money so I would just say this McDonald's must definitely be in the hood so I would just avoid it like the plague

I understand that working at the fast food restaurant can take a toll on you, but you do not have to be rude about it. I hope and pray that the white lady that was taking order , giving out order is not the manager. Her attitude was at a 10. Didn't give me a receipt talking about the recipe not printing out. McDonalds need better people with positive attitude. If a customer order the drink with no ice then give them no ice. I expect my order the way I tell you. Then when I remind her about the ice she gave me an I don't care attitude. Like take it or leave it. Gotta do better.
