Funny thing happened to me about 20 mins ago. I came into the NW. Barry Road location. I was told we needed to wait over 30 minutes but the place wasn't crowded. Many empty booths and tables. Both dirty and clean. To top it off, other persons were seated before we were. Pretty blatant and bold I thought. Given the current times though ..I guess I'm not very surprised after all. Needless to say I left and am presently spending my elsewhere. They don't ever have to worry about me, nor anyone in my family DARKENING there doorstep ever again.

Ordered: well done (no pink inside) + I wrote this in the comment to the order. They brought it to me, I checked it, said it was medium, asked to finish it.
They took it away, brought it again...
After they cooked me a "well done" steak twice, this is what they brought me after they "finished cooking" it a second time.
If this is "well done" (no pink inside) + after they finished it (second time.), then what is "rare" (I'm afraid to even imagine)?

For a busy night, service was fairly quick. However, the Bloomin Shrimp was crazy greasy, oversalted, overpriced, and made us violently sick. Pork chop was probably good, sirloin was tough, sweet potato was the highlight of the meal. Too bad it left our bodies soon after. Haven't been to Outback for 15 years, seems it's gone downhill and won't be returning.

Your daytime staff is truly exceptional and unique. They are highly proficient, efficient, attentive, and incredibly kind. Zack and Josh consistently go above and beyond, making us feel welcome every time we dine there. Thank you for having such a great team and talented cooks who prepare delicious food every time. We will definitely continue coming back. The service, atmosphere, and food are absolutely outstanding!
We really enjoy the food here! We sat at a bar top and our server/bartender was awesome! I wanted the sirloin and shrimp, it only comes grilled but he was able to switch that out and get me the awesome blossom shrimp. That batter is so dang good! My husband had a jew pasta with chicken and shrimp and loved it. The drinks are always so good too and mine looked almost too good to drink, I got over that fast though. All in all we do prefer this spot over a few other steak named places in the area. If you haven't been or if it has been a while do not sleep on Outback, the menu has been revamped and it has added some great flavor!

They had most of an hour to make my togo order and I believe it was done on time. The problem is I was on a tight schedule and losing 10 minutes trying to get my order from them was time I didn't really have. I got food, but little time to eat it. And to the response I'll get for this review; no, I don't want to gamble if I'll have time to eat again.
