Bad take-away experience tonight, the cold hostess couldn't be bothered with helping us get our missing items after we called the store and still didn't receive help. You don't have to like your job, but working in the service industry, you do have to put forth an effort to pretend at the minimum.

Better fillet of beef tenderloin at Texas Roadhouse. Better bloomin’ onion at Texas Roadhouse.Suggestion: try it for yourself.I gave Outback 2 visits and my only real compliments go to friendly staff and quiet atmosphere. But I will never ever visit Outback Steakhouse again no matter what they charge.Qualifications to judge: prior professional meat cutter in retail and grill cook.But you can try it and if it’s all you care about, well it’s your money.
Superior service from Michaela the manager! She was totally understanding of our kiddos and bigger group. Our server Brendon was 150% exceptionally amazing. We super appreciate how kind you were to our kiddos. The food was all great! Thanks so

My wife and I had the worst experience at the outback at ZONA ROSA last week. We had ordered steak and baked potatoes which was cold and had 2 bits of bacon on each of our loaded potatoes. Coincidently the couple next us at the bar ordered soup which also came cold to where she had to send it back right after we complained of the cold food we had just received.

I ordered a burger, as I have before there, but it was horrible. It legit was like they had soaked the burger and bun in grease. I know med-rare burgers can be wet...but this was beyond anything. I ate a little and did not feel good after. I called to talk to a manager on duty who kept telling me I was wrong and that their burgers are always like that. No, this was not up to any standard. She belittled me, kept insisting that is how it always is, and got mad at me. This was on 03/06/24 at ~1820pm.
