“Not like the other Paneras, plain and does not feel as welcoming. If I wanted blah I'd go to the hospital cafeteria for coffee. I'll detour to another location where I enjoy the decor and fireplace. You could have at least put in a fake electric fireplace if the gas ones are too pricey. I love to sit and relax and stare at the fireplace with my coffee.“
