“We had to keep asking for parts of our order. They left out items and even argued with us! When our frozen lemonade was ready, the staff member came out to our table and ased us if we had ordered it. When we confirmed, she pointed to it on the counter and told us it was ready! What the hell? She came all the way to our table but didn't bring the drink! We also ordered a hot chocolate chip cookie with our meals but didn't get them. When we asked for them, we got cold cookies. So disappointed in the lack of caring and attention to details. The food was delicious.“
“Been eating panera since it was called st Louis bread company lol over 25 years and STILL tastes just as good as the first time I tried it. I door dash it once constantly and if I ever had an issue with an order which is like extremely rare they have refunded the entire thing for me. If something on my order isn't available they've given me extra bakery items and bread etc. Food is always fire and comes fast. They have good attitudes and it's always clean. Panera is and has been my fav place to eat forever and always will be. I love them. I even grew to love the nasty chips they throw in the bag sometimes lmao! I'm about to go warm up their chili and demolish it !!!
Parking: 3 or 4 spots on the side. Street parking all around that is usually open for a few spots when it's not during weekends or holidays when it's crowded down there anyway

“Out at Crown Center taking care of business and my sugar dropped... Soooo grateful that I saw Panera's ran inside and told the cashier my situation and the employees came together and made my sandwich and gave me a cookie to eat in the meantime and provided me with water. Thanks sooooooooo much. God bless“
“Food is yummy and always warm, dining area can be a teensy bit dirty but someone is always checking the cafe area to clean it, otherwise its pretty comfy with multiple booths & regular tables, always nice and warm in there especially during this cold season.“
