The staff of Panera were incredible - providing extreme comfort to my young daughter tonight when it was just the two of us and I didn't have a way to provide that comfort myself. “I wish I would have gotten the girl at the drive-thru's name today I was a little flustered and I'm not the best at doing online ordering. I used my gift card I had but I had noticed for some reason probably through operator error of my own. The 20% off didn't come off I had used the online ordering so I asked her if I could get the 20% off. She said yes. Never once told me that it was because it was my fault. Never made me feel stupid over it. Her and her manager were so polite. I just want to say a big thank you. It's people like you who make me want to come back. Thanks for making me. Have a good day.“
