I visited this location on 8/15 and ordered at the mobile kiosk. Was waiting for 30 minutes when someone in line finally told me that the store was 2 hours behind on orders. No employees communicated this to any of us prior to ordering. I was not able to wait 2 hours for my food as it was supposed to be to go.I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and Panera keeps telling me this was issued. I have NOT received any refund. Stuff like this is ALWAYS happening at this location. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

We went to this location me and my husband. We love Panera bread but not sure what happened this time we got multiple things that also included a Bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup all to go we arrived to our destination opened the bag of food to find the bread bowl to be just bread there no soup at all was able to call the store and get a refund after a long talk but I still didn’t have the soup that I wanted. This is just for the hassle. But hey they didn’t forget the Bread bowl it’s kinda dry! 👎🏻

This Panera Bread has a cool, unique vibe with its location in the basement of a downtown building. However, it was the first Panera I’ve visited where they didn’t offer to heat up my pastry, which was a little disappointing. Another inconvenience is that you need to get a door code from the cashier to use the restroom. While the setting is interesting, these small details took away from the overall experience.

Love the order to go option from the app and here the process is seamless. The ladies told me where to go and what to do for pick up on my first time. Was in and out in about 3 mins. Perfect especially because I was in a time crunch.

Food was pretty good except for the rotten apple they gave me, service was very unpleasant, the person doing the cash register didn't even look at us. They did trade the apple for chips.

Order at Kiosk, then wander aimlessly until you find an employee to give you a cup, then the coffee pots are empty. Find another person and ask for coffee. That person repeats the request like she might forget it, but wanders to the back and suddenly multiple people come out front. Now they are cleaning tables and begin making coffee orders and plating bagels. The first 3 employees I saw had heads down checking their phones and were surprised when I asked for assistance. What a terrible business model. Now I see why every other coffee place was packed. The manager is out now doing his job which is nice for the other customers. Oh and it was 915am on a rainy Saturday.

5/18/2025 out of baggetts!! Not the only location that didn't have the baggett side. What gives? Important if you're having soup or salad. Nothing offered in its place. Plus I've noticed the portions are shrinking.

Food here used to be better… It is definitely not as good as it once was… Also; the place isn’t exactly kept neat and clean (like most restaurants are)… It still has their great Chicken noodle soup!
