Bought a bracelet making kit on the Saturday before the Super Bowl. It had red, yellow and white charms to make Chiefs or Kansas City charm bracelets. Opened it at home to make bracelets for the Chiefs… except the kit does not include any “s” letters. So we could not spells out ChiefS or KanSaS City. I have messaged the store multiple times about returning the item, but they have not responded.
I love this shop! I like supporting small businesses and shopping local, and it's great to have access to so many wonderful local artists in one place. And it's just plain fun!
