The credit card ordering kiosks don't dispense receipts (which I think violate credit card rules) so, there is no way to dispute orders or missing orders. The ordering kiosks take a long time too. Very inefficient compared to real people.

I always love Panera! And this location is my favorite. Their food is the best. However I always have issues when ordering coffee. The most recent: I ordered a latte and when I got to work I noticed they only filled it half way… I got charged for a large coffee but they didn’t even fill the cup all the way

I have odered from several paneras and this was by far the worst experience. Management is awful here. I ordered a sandwich and drink online but called to add just a shot to the drink and they couldn’t do that. So I called again to just cancel the drink and order a new one with an extra shot in it and I got an email saying my order got refunded. I called again 3 other times because they now didn’t want to answer my call. So I showed up and asked for my order to which they told me it was refunded, I reordered everything and this woman had the audacity to give me my old drink with an attitude. There were three Hispanic ladies working today and two people eating at this location so they purposely weren’t answering my phone call. This whole location needs to new employees and management. Terrible service.

Food was good as expected. Employee at counter was obviously new and not very personable, no other employee helping him as he stumbled through our order. We had to prompt him to give us our drink glasses and cookies. The carpets needed vacuumed, lots of debris, and dirty dishes stacking up. The bathrooms were cold and needing a thorough cleaning. Tax rate was 11%, wow.
