I just spent $48 on a large pizza and wings that arrived late, I can deal with the late part but then the food was cold.. Beyond disappointed!!

The manager here is super nice, very accommodating, and I love his hair! I placed both a takeout order and a delivery order (for the overnight nursing staff at KU), and he got me the best deal possible. Thank you!

I ordered pick up from this location on a busy Sunday evening and walked in to find two men working their b***s off to keep up with all the orders. I could tell they were understaffed but the young man working the counter (taking orders while also making pizzas and tending to the oven) was friendly and helpful despite being obviously stressed. My pizza was fresh and correct, and he threw me some extra sauces for the wait (which was only an extra five minutes).

Me and my 5 children all have gotten food poisoning or some kind of stomach bug from here on Monday be careful yal called in to inform the manager he didn seem surprised didn even apologize or anything jus flat tone jus ok I’ll give u a refund bye while we’re all sick as heck throwing up and pooping everywhere I’m done eating out this was the last straw

The pizza here crushes every other Papa John’s around. They cook the pizzas perfectly and they get them out quick.The manager seems like he can be a bit of a hardass to the employees but is generally nice to all the customers. They guys that make the pizzas are the real MVP’s here. I haven’t had a bad pizza from this location in several years. I’ll go here over the Wornall location every time.

Came in 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday, staff was so nice, pizza was delicious (mmm stuffed crust)- and ready in 5 minutes. Is it the worlds best pizza? No-but it gets the job done for sure. Will definitely will come
