Ordered buffalo wings, got bbq. Not to mention the "boneless wings" are literally just grocery store chicken nuggets. Asked for marinara, got ranch. The dipping sauce serving for a full order of bread sticks was about one ounce, which is almost enough for one of the 10 sticks. They did get the pepperoni pizza right though. But I guess it's not busy enough on a Tuesday for them to screw everything up.

Very, very late delivery (understandable) but the 50% off promo they gave me to make up for it didn’t work. Made 3 long phone calls to customer service, still nothing. Don’t pretend to make up for an error by giving a promo code worth shit. Standard corporate bullshit. Not a customer anymore.

STOP USING DOOR DASH TO DELIVER. Great food but you Papa goes wrong is using door dash to deliver there stuff. Guaranteed to be cold if it even arrives. delivery fee plus tip waisted when I still have to drive to the store for them to remake it for me again. I hate DoorDash.

Ordered a 1 topping pizza to carry out because we were working in the area (building a fence). Ordered at a little after 10 am and was ready fast af!!! The young lady at the counter was on the phone when I entered. She was still polite and friendly; even though on the phone? The young men in the kitchen were friendly also. One came out to help me as to get my pizza to me. Pizza was hot and fresh? Would definitely order again from this store. ? to the staff there!

Created a order this morning using the same account and address that was in the system as I always do. Created my order around 930 this morning and delivery was supposed to be here at 11am. I get a call around 1050 saying that the address is wrong, so I found that odd in the first place but went ahead and gave them the address. I had the person over the phone read it back to ensure we got everything sorted out. I went online and checked my order and confirmed it showed the correct address... so no idea why they had it wrong in the first place. Even the phone app showed my correct address on the order. I then get a call that lasted for 1 second around 11:12am from the same number. I wait a few minutes to see if they call back and they did not nor did I get a voicemail. So I call them back and I'm now being told can you come pick it up, you are way outside our range of delivery by 15 miles. I'm like what are you talking about you guys deliver here all the time. So they ask for my phone number and then what was it I had ordered. I'm a little confused at this point because they then ask how I would like to pay for it. I'm like you have already been paid online. But guess what they then tell me my order has been canceled and I was refunded. I wouldn't have even found out about the cancelation unless I called in. Pathetic service.. The store opens at 10am why would I want to continue an order that should had been there at 11am, and who knows how long the 2nd round would be. Should have just drove to the store and got a store bought pizza, would have actually been faster smh.

Only live a couple miles away and the driver must of gotten in a head on collision with another driver. Don’t order pizza on a random Monday I guess, It will come like the driver was playing Simpsons hit and run
