This should be served everywhere. Best torta I had in my life! The buche and cuero in the carnitas make the torta unforgettable. I'm from Michigan and when I leave I always go home with 6 pounds and 12 tamal and all the fixings. Best carnitas are made by chefs from Michoacan ???????
The carnitas, tamales, atole, aguas frescas, and semas are always delicious! The service is always friendly and fast! These are the best carnitas!! They sell birria too but I haven't tried (yet).
