Pizza Hut in Kansas City

“02/10/24. We layed to rest today my 95 yr old Marine Corp Korean War Veteran grandpa, and at 6 pm went to get pizza and I got to hold the door open for another Korean war Veteran, the man working the front was so kind and sweet to this old man, even walked his food out to him in his car, the man that brought my food to the counter was very respectful, I just wanna say that 2815 S 47th St, Kansas City, KS 66106 Pizza Hut are the bees knees man, good job.“

“We love pizza hut, our go to pizza always. Decided to try their breaded wings with garlic parmesan- big mistake, not worth it. The fries, not worth the price of $5.39. I will only stick to their pizzas. 4 star for service, coz the management should be fair and considerate on their prices, And always check the quality of food. Delivery guy from doordash did his job efficiently, no complaints there.“

“I ordered twice from pizza hut on prospect yesterday because two classes were awarded a pizza party. The food was hot and fresh both times. I truly like the big sign on the wall that had the time that my food would be ready. I got there right on time the first time and the second time I got there 5 minutes early and went next door to look around in the Rainbow shop. It was a good experience. Pizza Hut is improving with their service!“

“I pick up a lot of orders from this place n as busy as this location stays, their GM really keeps it flowing as smooth as one can expect when you get hit w 215 orders in one shift. Dudes always got a good attitude n is always as cool as air conditioning.“

“Employees were friendly upon entry. App said my order was ready, cashier said it would be another 5 minutes. I returned to my car to wait. He brought it out when it was ready. I was exhausted so kudos to him. The pizza was pipping hot and tasty.“

“Great service and the pizza was awesome. Update from 5/20/2024. The hut at 78th & State KCKS is the best. My orders are always correct and the employees are always pleasant. If you have a bad experience here you may need to look in the mirror for the real issue.“

“The pizza was ready at the specified time and it was hot and all ingredients I order were on the pizza the staff was very friendly everything was done professionally will be ordering again. The only negative was the pizza hut location I chose was not in the rewards program.“

“After a horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on 78th and State, the Pizza Hut Corporation decided to make it right by giving me a coupon for a free pizza. I was doubtful, but placed my order at the Pizza Hut on 48th and State. And I am sooo glad that I did. My pizza looked like it was made commercial ready. The staff was professional and the manager was superb! It's a shame that corporate and whole nother location had to get involved, but their involvement made me a pizza hut customer once again. If you want a Pizza Hut pizza that looks and taste like it should go to this location. Great job, guys. And thank you.“

“First off, this is my go-to Pizza Hut. I've never eaten there before but I did pickup carryout a few times. The customer service was better than I would've expected, but nothing spectacular, and we always got everything promptly and without issue. I felt the need to give a five star review today because I have never had any issues with this store getting my orders right. Until this evening.
So, they forgot our drinks, which I was 95% sure was the Doordasher's fault, as he couldn't speak any English. In any case I did what I could with my mediocre-at-best Spanish. But surprisingly, he didn't appear to have my drinks.
So I called the store. I briefly explained that we did not receive our drinks. Without asking, the woman I first spoke to handed the phone to a second woman (the manager I think) who got on the line, she apologized saying it was definitely a mistake, and began to offer store credit. Before I could respond she said, "Y'know what, how about I bring you your drinks personally."
Now this I found surprising. But! Lo-and-behold, she showed up in maybe 5 minute's time, she handed us our drinks, and then she was off on her merry way. She was super friendly, appreciative, and professional. Her name was Ashley.
This particular branch is lucky to have someone like her on staff. Her going out of her way to do her job and going above and beyond the call of duty has helped to renew my faith in humanity. Five stars, all day every day. Thanks again Ashley!“

“Website confusion had my food made at the wrong store.....but the employees said it was a recurring issue and directed me to the other store. I arrived about 15mins later than the pick up time which I expected just 'warm' pizza but apparently my boneless chicken wasn't ready and I had to wait 7 mins (actually took roughly ten and yes I kept track since I had nothing else to do in the drivethru). From what I gathered, the chicken was sent with another order but couldve had another batch ready by then. The first gentleman did apologize, however the person I assumed who made the order did not apologize. And yes the chicken was the normal almost dry lightly sauced chicken that pizzahut seems to be doing nowadays instead of what you see in the pics and ads. i'd taken the extra sauce as an apology, lol.“
