“I ordered carryout and was told 15 minutes. I started driving right away even though I only had an 8-10 minute drive. As I walked through the door, it was getting boxed up and I was out of the door within a minute. They did show me my pizza before handing it off to me. Wonderful experience! Everything looked great and tastes great.“
“I found a HUMAN HAIR ON MY PIZZA from this Pizza Hut on Wornall Rd on Aug 28, 2026. It was not mine, and it was just sitting in the middle like it had been placed there. I didn't see it until I'd eaten two pieces already, and when I realized I wanted to throw up over the place. The female employe did it I'm sure, she had not been too friendly when I picked the pizza up and quickly turned away when I opened the box to take a quick peek. ABSOLTUELY DISGUSTING, PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!! When I wrote the corporate they couldn't even be bothered to respond!!“
“I’ve been to this location a couple of times this year and James has treated me to excellent customer service on every visit. The food is always ready when they say it will be and is served hot and fresh by an employee that takes pride in his work. Thanks James… see you again soon.“
“This Pizza Huy helped me out a lot! I ordered 5 pizza online the night before to have it ready. (I wanted to celebrate the end of the year with my class.) Despite having a confirmation number and a pic of the order, they did not have evidence of my order. The manager quickly jumped into gear and made 5 pizzas in 20 min! I was so grateful. Thank you!!“
“I order in the app and the food is always ready, hot and DELICIOUS when I pick it up. Everyone there knows my name when I walk in, and are very courteous. If I had to move to another neighborhood, I would still make the drive to this location, everything they do is excellent!“

“They have very nice pizza! They deliver in a decently quick time and the pizzas are always hot when they arrive. It makes for a great food item to have at birthday parties and for a easy stay at home meal. However, they are a BIT, just a bit pricy for my taste. Other than that they are great!“
“It was the bbq pizza for me right before college football Saturday kicked. Ordered from my hotel and by the time I arrived it was hot and ready. Never had bbq pizza but after this experience I will try it again.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps.“

“I'd like to say after work I stopped by your Pizza Hut the pizza was great the only issue was the store was understaffed still being under staff the service was exceptional I like to and I want to continue coming to your place of business so if we can just eliminate the short staffing this place would be great“
