“I order in the app and the food is always ready, hot and DELICIOUS when I pick it up. Everyone there knows my name when I walk in, and are very courteous. If I had to move to another neighborhood, I would still make the drive to this location, everything they do is excellent!“
“This store 10147 wornall road is my local hut, and each time I've had excellent customer service. In the evening hours there is a representative named Unique she is awesome, very very nice when the store is crowded and busy she has a great attitude. She never is rude and overall she seems like she loves her job. The store itself is clean. I wouldn't mind working part-time at this location.“
“This is my favorite location, in fact, a different location is actually closer to me. I'm never disappointed when I open the box, the employees are friendly and that means something in a time where customer service isn't prioritized anymore. We appreciate Andrew and his staff!

“Picked up my pizza today from Cassie and she was so polite. Got me my pizza in 10 seconds in the drive up, didn’t have to ring the doorbell. She had a welcoming smile, pizza was hot and fresh! Thank you Cassie for having such great customer service, very rare now and days.“
“It was the bbq pizza for me right before college football Saturday kicked. Ordered from my hotel and by the time I arrived it was hot and ready. Never had bbq pizza but after this experience I will try it again.

“They have very nice pizza! They deliver in a decently quick time and the pizzas are always hot when they arrive. It makes for a great food item to have at birthday parties and for a easy stay at home meal. However, they are a BIT, just a bit pricy for my taste. Other than that they are great!“
“I placed a mobile order, meaning to place it at a different location (I was an hour away but this store was my most recent one I ordered at) I called Pizza Hut corporate and I had to go rounds with customer service trying to get ahold of the store to cancel, we decided driving an hour would be better than completely losing our money. Almost at the end of my hour drive (and being on hold with the “call center”) I finally got ahold of the store. Ron, the GM apologized profusely. I said it was completely my fault I placed it at the wrong store since I was almost there I asked if he would remake it. After apologizing he happily remade it. when I went into the store it was clean and Ron greeted us with a smile. The food was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Ron!“
