I found a HUMAN HAIR ON MY PIZZA from this Pizza Hut on Wornall Rd on Aug 28, 2026. It was not mine, and it was just sitting in the middle like it had been placed there. I didn't see it until I'd eaten two pieces already, and when I realized I wanted to throw up over the place. The female employe did it I'm sure, she had not been too friendly when I picked the pizza up and quickly turned away when I opened the box to take a quick peek. Pizza Hut offers a mixed experience. While some orders arrive promptly and delicious, others face long waits or cancellation issues. The staff seems helpful, especially when facing delivery app challenges. The store itself is clean. Representative Unique provides excellent customer service, particularly in the evening hours when the store is crowded and busy. However, the food quality may vary, with some finding the wings undercooked, wishing they were cooked a little longer. Recent changes in staff and management show an effort to improve the overall service and dining experience at this location.
