I arrived for my pizza that I had ordered today, Saturday, Ferrero 15, 2025. At 2:06, they told me 15 meters. To go get them, I arrived at 2:30. No one was serving, there were several people waiting to be served. There is an Announcement that said press the bell for service. I pressed it and a woman yelled at me, I'm looking at you but I'm not going to reach out to you because first I need to finish what I'm doing. 10 more meters passed and he shouted again, give me another time and I'll take care of you. He proceeds to deliver my pizza in a bad way. Honestly, I don't recommend this establishment. People began to leave and did not want to wait. Since it was taking too long. This has happened to me before and it doesn't change anything.

I ordered during their rush. Between inexperienced staff and other customers there was a long wait, then the pizza had mistakes. It was still completely editable so we still had dinner, just later than anticipated. I called the store the next day and the manager made things right. Definitely do not recommend ordering during super busy times if you are in a hurry. But I will give them another shot.

I always come to the Pizza Hut closest to us and order pick up so u can do a drive thru and have easier pick up. No one ever hears the bell ring when someone drives by. It’s so annoying so stupid that I have to wait for a pick up order in a drive through for about 30 mins when my pizza has been done. It’s supposed to be helpful and aid in rush times but what efficiency does it have if the employees can not hear a car is waiting? I drove over the bell 3 times so they would hear yet there was absolutely no response.

Ordered ahead in the app for pick up. I waited in line for 20mins to be told that they didn’t get my order and it was not made. No one offered to make the order, give me a discount, not even an apology. I literally had to ask the lady at the counter in confusion if I could still get the food I ordered for her to consider doing it. Everyone involved made it my problem that my order didn’t make the cut so needless to say I’ll never be back to that location and I’ll be getting pizza somewhere else for a while.

I checked out other people's comments and was quite surprised when I got my food home, I ordered the 8 piece honey barbecue bone out and all pieces were not there. Someone at that store need to go back to school and learn how to count!!!

Food was cold, wrong, and was 35 minutes late.When I tried to call, it connected me to a call center and they refused to connect me to the store. The person delivering the order could not speak English and could not help
