I arrived for my pizza that I had ordered today, Saturday, Ferrero 15, 2025. At 2:06, they told me 15 meters. To go get them, I arrived at 2:30. No one was serving, there were several people waiting to be served. There is an Announcement that said press the bell for service. I pressed it and a woman yelled at me, I'm looking at you but I'm not going to reach out to you because first I need to finish what I'm doing. 10 more meters passed and he shouted again, give...

There were two parts of my order. The pasta taste it amazing and was properly cooked. The meat, baked sandwich thing was overcooked to the point that it was almost impossible to eat. When I went to pick up my order, the young man at the window was fantastic. He was friendly. Good customer service. I just wish my food was as good as his service.

The drive thru just makes it 1000x better !! Always ordering online and when arriving they always have a positive attitude and I get my order in 5 min or even less but also depending traffic.
