Store closes at 1. Ordered one (1) medium pizza and breadsticks at 12:06. Delivery tracker pops up and says I will expect the pizza at 12:41AM. Great. A bit late but time.
It is now 1:26 and I have not received my order. No notification that the order would be cancelled, no call, no text, and most importantly no refund. Best part is their call center closes at the same time so there is literally nothing that can be done until the morning. I even left a 35% tip for the driver, but could not even get a courtesy call that they were not going to deliver my food.
I know that when this stuff happens it’s usually the delivery driver refusing due to the amount of the tip, but like I said, I tipped 35%. I really hope there was a better reason for this because this was a really crappy move.
It is safe to say I will not be choosing Pizza Hut again.

I ordered two medium 1 veggie and 1 cheese pizzas with breadsticks. Both Of the pizzas were full of grease and soggy. We couldn't eat it. I called the store and they never answered so my call went to customer service. I was told that I'd have to keep calling the store because they ( Customer service) couldn't help me. There's never a reason for fresh pizza to be soggy.

Employees were friendly upon entry. App said my order was ready, cashier said it would be another 5 minutes. I returned to my car to wait. He brought it out when it was ready. I was exhausted so kudos to him. The pizza was pipping hot and tasty.

Terrible service. I understand being busy because of a football game. But to have our food ready and just let us sit there for nearly an hour after it was supposed to be ready is absolutely ridiculous. Management should have stepped in to help the poor girl at the front who clearly had no idea what was going on. All I can say is wow, what a mess in there.

I was shocked that the Door Dash delivery was problem free. The food was hot and fresh. This Pizza Hut is doing something right.
Food was cold and was delivered over 30 mins late! Very disappointing!!

Their pizza tastes excellent when compared to other Pizza Huts or their equivalent peers. That being said, it's clear that the employees should be paid more so they could hire enough staff. You can tell the workers are doing their best to keep pace but they are understaffed and clearly need help. 0 stars to corporate and management for being greedy scumbags that hate their employees. 5 stars to the peeps that made my pizza and checked me out in the store.

Didn't get all of my order so when I called in to tell them that, the guy said let me get my supervisor and then just left me on hold and then wouldn't answer when I called back multiple times!!!! Can't even get a refund? Damn!
