There is one thing that really bothered me while sitting waiting for my order and that was a woman who was working there had her hair all the way down no hat on nothing i think thats a good way to get hairl into some ones food! It def needs an update and better parking! Good luck not waiting forever on your food at least on the weekends anyways. Its also carry out or delivery only!

Go in to pickup my pizza, they said it’s in the oven and check back. In 10. We back in 10 mins later and told me they haven’t.started it yet. I cancelled order. Will never order from this store again. They LIED to me. Fire that

One of the pizza hut places around North Kansas City Area! They hella fast and make sure everything is perfectly fresh. And if they do mess up in any type of way they are quick to fix it with no problem 10/10?
I ordered the supreme pizza with extra cheese and olives. The order was delivered very fast and it was hot when it arrived. It honestly was the best pizza I ever had. I'll be ordering the same again sometime.
Ordered pizza. A regular pepperoni stuffed crust. Got a cheese pizza with alfredo sauce and stuffed crust. Terrible. Called store to try to make it right. No one responding, on main website it says it's closed now but doesn't close til 1am. Seems like an intentional thing to do. Rip.

I just want to compliment the delivery drivers for this particular location. My roommate and I order delivery frequently and every time we have the kindest people to greet at the door. I tried to call, and I'm going to try to continue reaching out to give them the praise they deserve. Having such a pleasant experience consistently, however short, just makes all the difference. I hope the drivers are able to see this to know how appreciated they are.
I had a couple pizzas delivered to my school and scheduled it ahead of time. The pizza arrived exactly when scheduled, hot and delicious.
