I have called every 15 min for the past 2 hours. I have been understanding because it's superbowl Sunday. Just got off the phone and they are stating my order doesn't exist. Have been telling be it's on the way for the past 2 hours now it just disappeared. Won't give me a refund, no apology, all attitude as if it were my fault. I have email confirmation, text, and bank statement. Nothing.

First off, this is my go-to Pizza Hut. I've never eaten there before but I did pickup carryout a few times. The customer service was better than I would've expected, but nothing spectacular, and we always got everything promptly and without issue. I felt the need to give a five star review today because I have never had any issues with this store getting my orders right. Until this evening. So, they forgot our drinks, which I was 95% sure was the Doordasher's fault, as he couldn't speak any English. In any case I did what I could with my mediocre-at-best Spanish. But surprisingly, he didn't appear to have my drinks. So I called the store. I briefly explained that we did not receive our drinks. Without asking, the woman I first spoke to handed the phone to a second woman (the manager I think) who got on the line, she apologized saying it was definitely a mistake, and began to offer store credit. Before I could respond she said, "Y'know what, how about I bring you your drinks personally." Now this I found surprising. But! Lo-and-behold, she showed up in maybe 5 minute's time, she handed us our drinks, and then she was off on her merry way. She was super friendly, appreciative, and professional. Her name was Ashley. This particular branch is lucky to have someone like her on staff. Her going out of her way to do her job and going above and beyond the call of duty has helped to renew my faith in humanity. Five stars, all day every day. Thanks again Ashley!

What a very very unfortunate place to own a business. The parking lot is flooded with, The Fentanyl& Gambling Addicted, which lead them to become Homeless& living in that parking lot. They are relentless& will sell their own Mother, yes, "THAT PART", to where, any business that is not a gambling establishment in that surrounding area, is sure to sink.
