The sonic app finally allows tips. But why isn't it set up for tips in the urban core locations. The workers at the suburban locations are getting tips through the app. What's the problem? It seems discriminatory to me. The issue needs to be fixed ASAP!
This is the WORST Sonic. the customer service is terrible. I went told the lady that I had ordered through the app. She gets an attitude over a .25 cent marinara sauce forgetting that she gave me more change than a quarter. She literally cussed me out in front of my child and mother

Customers often experience delays, such as waiting in line or for payment, but the friendly staff and good food make up for it. The Blue Raspberry slush and double smash burger are highly recommended, and even late-night visits can be pleasant despite long lines. Prices for combo meals can be a bit high, and running out of tots can be disappointing, but the overall food quality has gotten better. The staff's thoughtful gestures, like giving free shakes, help make visits memorable. With continued improvements, Sonic Drive-In has the potential to become an even more popular spot for delicious fast food.
