Unfortunately most Sonic’s have gone down hill and this one is just as bad. Its unfortunate. I’ve had multiple times I’ll order and they forget my order so I wait for 10 to 15 minutes and finally decide to leave.

I ordered my food as normal. During the ordering process, the person taking my order asked if I wanted any sauces with my order. I said I would like some ranch. The ranch appeared on the screen with the rest of my order.The screen prompted me to pay, which I did. During the process, there was an option of leaving a tip. Before a request for a tip became the norm everywhere, I have always tipped at Sonic. Even when I was a teenager, which was many years ago. Therefore I left a tip.When I opened my bag at home, I realized there was no ranch. My question is...why did they ask me if I wanted any sauces, if they were not going to include it anyway? Also, why did they gladly accept the tip when they provided poor service? Lastly, why do these workers expect more money when they can't even get basic things correct.

Almost always perfect for a water and a snack. Try out the water flavors mango peach is my go too. Raspberry will dye your mouth blue. Coconut is also very good. Pretzel twist are very good not over salted a fried sin. Th chicken buffalo bites hot like cold pot stickers to me but my fiance loves them. Very crunchy in a not over cooked way.

Place is terrible, this will be my last visit here.....if it's not "unmelted mozella" sticks almost Everytime, it's slow waits in the drive in stalls, for literally simple orders, cold tater tots, cold fries, burgers sit in sacks for so long that the tomato that should be colder, is actually more like steamed tomatoes. Avoid this place if you can, or at least stay close after you get your order....that way when everything is wrong, you can return it at the location.

The drive through cashier was so incredibly rude, it made us laugh. He screwed the order up, not us. He’s an older heavier fellow that looked 1 second away from a complete meltdown. I guess manners aren’t a “thing” these days ?♀️
