Sonic ice is a special treat at family gatherings. There was a large food order ahead of my car in the drive thru and they didn't make me wait, instead they brought out my order of a single bag of ice. I thought that was really considerate.
Feel like the experience depends on the time of day you visit this location; have been here before at night and had less-than-stellar experiences but today the customer service was A1, love to see it.
Idk what's going going on at this location but we sat in line for 15 minutes with no updates or explanation. Couldn't leave because they came out to take my money already. Didnt offer any free drink chips for the wait, and when I asked about it the girl had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. Everyone in line was extremely frustrated.
