Picked up a couple walk in orders at this location after working out at the new Planet Fitness in the same strip. No complaints. Nice locations and my orders were ready upon arrival.
I love this Starbucks, I come here all the time now to work on school. The employees are always amazing and sweet. Jasmine and Connie are always so happy to help hard workers. The drinks are always fast and taste amazing!
Very questionable customer service. I've been here multiple times and every time I come I never feel like the service is up to standard. Baristas appear too busy to handle in-store requests and problems, hardly looking at you or addressing you. Never warm or friendly baristas except for a rare few I've experienced. Baristas also do not greet you upon walk-in. These concerns are enough to make me never come back. Be warm to your customers and the atmosphere will be warm...
