The team was resilient and handled their rough situation very well. Even after their grillman walked out they persevered and continued to serve guests with a smile. Excellent service and food. Coming from someone who’s worked in food service for 5 years- this work ethic and dedication to teamwork is hard to find. Keep up the good work.

Everything was so hot and fresh! We went after attending the KC Symphony on Christmas Eve and it really hit the spot. The egg nog shake was the only egg nog based shake I've ever had that actually tasted just like egg nog. It was perfection! My husband, myself, and our daughter all got meals and then two of us got shakes.. all for maybe $35.

I dined this afternoon. I appreciate the help when an extra chicken tender I ordered was forgotten. We promptly Recieved the missing one. I am sorry to the staff who had to deal with another patron who caused a scene and was disrespectful when they attempted to resolve the issues. I love this Steak and Shake and the staff there are wonderful and helpful!
