placed an online order and it was totally wrong…placed another one bc we forgot to add something to the original one so we drove back through the drive-thru with the wrong order to get it corrected and then wait on the new one…well we got the second order and it was also incorrect - will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they got most of the second order right but dang man..

I go through the drive-thru to get a breakfast burrito I ask for double eggs double potatoes sour cream and hot sauce. I get my burrito I didn't get what I asked for and then I go back through the drive-thru she hands me a side of eggs and a side of potatoes and a side of sour cream so I can put the burrito together myself instead of just remaking the burrito.

The stuff here is rude. Multiple times I've come and not received the items as ordered. Recently not only was my order incorrect but I was given mild sauces instead of hot. This also happens every time I use this Taco Bell. I kindly asked the window associate if I could have hot sauces instead of mild. The window associate refused and stated I had sauces in the bag and that mild was good enough.

Out of all the Taco Bell’s in the area, this one easily just became my favorite. I went by there tonight and all the employees this shift were so polite and just seemed happy to be there. We need more Taco Bell’s like that around here ?And the best part is, THEY GOT MY WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER RIGHT ??that never happens these days lol Good Job guys ?

I've tried, but I won't go back. This is the 3rd time, out of 3, that my order was missing something. My daughter was sad. The girl at the drive thru was annoyed I asked which drink was which. She said, "I don't know, I didn't pour them" and shut the window on me.

I said more than once that I didn't want to round up for charity. The kid taking the order did it anyways and acted slightly annoyed that I wanted my change. I got my order, sat it in my passenger seat and when I tried asking for sauce the window was shutting in my face.

The young man working at their window was beyond disrespectful. He was clearly high or on some sort of drugs as he could barely remember what my order was. He forgot he took my card and asked me three times why I was at the window. After giving me my food, he didn't give me my drink, and just sat there. He then asked me why the "fuck I was at his window "and I said he still hadn't given me my drink, after which he then practically threw my drink at me and slammed the window shut.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Food is horrible not even sure how it’s still in business.

OK. I know it's hard to hire QSR help now. But this place is the worst in customer service. Waited at the counter for 5+minutes with employees looking at me from the back. One guy finally said I could order on the self order screen. I said I needed a printed receipt so can't order from there he says we don't take counter orders. The manager came up and said they don't take counter orders anymore. That's the last time I'll be in this TB unit! Too bad!

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever visited. Not only was our order wrong, but when we tried to make it right, the female worker yelled at us that they see hundreds of people and are busy. Get some class and education in the service industry.
I have had some good experiences at this location, but the last few times have been ridiculous. A few visits ago, I ordered a burrito Supreme. It was so disgusting I threw it away. After complaining, they sent me a $5 coupon. When I went the next time, the guy at the drive thru window told me they don't accept those coupons. I said "you all gave me this coupon!" He said "I'm sorry. I can't take it." The food I got that day was tacos with broken shells. Today, my husband wanted Taco Bell. Like an idiot, I went to this one again. Taco shells are so broken, they should be nacho and no sauce. I'm done with this place.

Can’t order though the window if you walk through it. They told me I need a car Because of safety reasons. My truck was to large to fit in there parking lot and they where in the middle of a remodel so it’s not like I could go inside don’t recommend it.
