I go through the drive-thru to get a breakfast burrito I ask for double eggs double potatoes sour cream and hot sauce. I get my burrito I didn't get what I asked for and then I go back through the drive-thru she hands me a side of eggs and a side of potatoes and a side of sour cream so I can put the burrito together myself instead of just remaking the burrito.
The stuff here is rude. Multiple times I've come and not received the items as ordered. Recently not only was my order incorrect but I was given mild sauces instead of hot. This also happens every time I use this Taco Bell. I kindly asked the window associate if I could have hot sauces instead of mild. The window associate refused and stated I had sauces in the bag and that mild was good enough.
